- Your email address and name when you sign up
- Family member information you add (names, birthdays, schools, allergies)
- Calendar events and tasks you create
- Photos you upload for meal planning features
How We Use Your Data
We store this information only to make Rally work for you. Specifically, we use it to:
- Identify which family member something is about
- Connect allergies and food preferences to the right person
- Show you relevant calendar events and reminders
- Send you important updates about your account
We do not share your data with any third parties. We do not use your data for analytics, advertising, or any other purpose beyond running Rally for your family.
Gmail Access
If you connect your Gmail account, Rally checks your emails for school and activity-related messages. We use secure OAuth authentication, which means we never see or store your Google password.
We do not store your emails. When a sync happens, Rally reads the email, extracts useful information like appointments or deadlines, and then removes the email data. Only the extracted information (like a calendar event) is saved.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption to protect your information during transfer and storage. We keep your data only as long as you have an account with us or as required by law.
