Waterdown Montessori School offers accredited Montessori education for children aged 18 months to 12 years, emphasizing independence, self-directed learning, and connection with nature. Located on a scenic 50-acre property near the Niagara Escarpment, the school provides Toddler, Casa, Elementary, and Extended Care programs grounded in Montessori philosophy and high educational standards.

Toddler Program
The Toddler program focuses on practical life skills, motor development, and language development for children aged 18 months to 3 years. It provides a respectful, enriched environment that supports independence, social skills, and cognitive growth through hands-on Montessori materials and daily routines.
Casa Program
The Casa program serves children aged 3 to 6 years and focuses on Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, and Culture areas using hands-on Montessori materials. It fosters independence, confidence, intrinsic motivation, and academic preparation within a prepared environment both indoors and outdoors.
Elementary Program
The Elementary program for children aged 6 to 12 years builds on foundational math and language skills using a spiral curriculum and Montessori materials. It includes independent projects, small group lessons, French language instruction, and physical education, encouraging concentration, cooperation, and a love of learning.
Extended Care
Extended Care provides before-school care from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM and after-school care from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM for children aged 18 months to 9 years, supporting families with flexible scheduling while maintaining Montessori principles.
