About Welcome to our arts-based summer day camp for children, ages 8 – 12! This day camp experience is unlike any other and focuses on leadership, equality and cultural awareness, and culminates with a high energy Up with People style show. With UWP Jr sites around the globe, including Mississauga! Services Explore your own community and the world at large, learn songs from the international singing organization, volunteer for community service action projects and participate in a 30-minute high energy show at the end of each session. For summer 2020 camp, we'll be exploring and celebrating culture, especially those of India, Italy and Sweden. We'll be talking about issues like bullying and the environment. We'll be doing all this through singing, dancing, building friendships, making art and giving back to the community.
