Group Prenatal Class
In-person prenatal classes designed to provide couples with confidence and practical skills for birth and newborn care. The class covers labour, birth, postpartum care, and newborn basics with hands-on learning using realistic props. Limited to 6 couples per class for an intimate experience.
Private In-Home Prenatal Class
Private prenatal education delivered in the comfort of your home, tailored to your individual needs. Covers the same content as group classes with flexible scheduling including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Prenatal Breastfeeding – Feeding Class
Preparation class for breastfeeding confidence, offered in private in-home, virtual, or group formats. Covers breastfeeding techniques and feeding basics.
Baby CPR & First-Aid
Classes designed to build confidence and ability to respond to baby emergencies, offered in multiple locations.
Prenatal Yoga
Yoga classes tailored to support the physical and emotional demands of pregnancy.
Sleep Coaching
Personalized sleep consultancy to establish healthy sleep routines for babies and families.
