Pro Martial Arts & Fitness Centre Inc. offers Taekwon-Do and self-defense programs designed to develop physical, mental, and spiritual strength for children and families. Serving the Mississauga and Toronto GTA area, their programs emphasize confidence, discipline, and leadership through martial arts training rooted in traditional Taekwon-Do and related combat arts.

After School Program
Children participate in Taekwon-Do and Self Defense classes Monday to Friday from 4:00pm to 5:00pm, followed by supervised activity and play areas until 6:00pm when parents pick them up. The program includes free pickup and transportation from school, one hour of Taekwon-Do daily, and availability on P.A. days.
Evening Taekwon-Do
Evening Taekwon-Do classes focusing on traditional martial arts training including Taekwon-Do, Hapkido, Judo, Jujitsu, Wrestling, and Weapons for all ages and skill levels.
- Member of International Taekwon-Do Federation (I.T.F.) and Canadian I.T.F. Taekwon-Do Federation
- Programs combine Taekwon-Do, Hapkido, Judo, Jujitsu, Wrestling, and Weapons
- Free school pickup and transportation for after school program
- Focus on physical, mental, and spiritual development
- Emphasis on confidence, discipline, and leadership
- Safe, supervised activity and play areas after classes
