On Ice Hockey Performance Centre offers elite goalie training, shooting instruction, and hockey skill development for players of all ages and skill levels. Located in Hamilton, they provide specialized individual and team training, including summer camps and learn-to-skate programs, with a focus on technical skill, conditioning, and personalized coaching.

Summer Camp (5 Days)
A fun day camp with hockey training for players and goalies, featuring battle drills and games at the end of each day. Runs simultaneously for goalie and player camps. Single days available if full weeks are sold out.
Learn to Skate Program
A 30-minute program on Saturday and Sunday mornings designed to give young beginners a great start to their hockey journey. Also offers a 45-minute option with sticks and pucks.
Goalie Lessons
Twenty-minute cardio and technical instruction followed by forty minutes of stopping pucks to reinforce technical skills. Suitable for goalies of all levels.
Hamilton, ONPlayer Lessons
Focused on weight transfer and passing for twenty minutes, followed by forty minutes of quick-release and accuracy drills. Small class sizes for personalized attention.

Full service gym with daily classes to train hockey players off ice for improved explosiveness and efficiency.
