Serving over 18 communities in the Greater Toronto Area, their programs focus on building confidence, resilience, and teamwork through a proven coaching methodology. Swim Lessons

Progressive swim lessons for children ages 1.5 years and up, including toddler lessons, group lessons, semi-private and private lessons, and racing club. Lessons focus on skill development, safety, and confidence using a proprietary coaching methodology.

Adaptive Swim (Swim to Shine)

A high-energy, 3-stage swim progression program designed for children ages 2.75+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Focuses on building confidence, resilience, and independence through individualized coaching in group, semi-private, or private lessons.

Toddler Swim Lessons

30-minute swim lessons for children ages 1.5 to 2.75 years using the 3-2-1 Swim Pak system to build water comfort and foundational swim skills with parent participation.

55-minute group swim lessons for all levels, with sibling-friendly scheduling and progressive skill development. Includes mid-term evaluations, electronic report cards, and swim level badges.
