Impulse Performance Arts offers a wide variety of dance classes for children aged 2.5 years and up, ranging from beginner to advanced levels in both recreational and competitive programs. Located in Hamilton, they provide a family-friendly, positive, and safe environment with professional year-end recital shows and experienced teachers. Their programs focus on building dance technique, strength, flexibility, and confidence while fostering a supportive dance family atmosphere.

Recreational Dance Program
Weekly dance classes focusing on technique, strength, flexibility, and performance in annual recital shows. Suitable for all experience levels from beginner to advanced.
Competitive Dance Team
Audition-based elite training program with multiple dance styles, dedicated training hours, and participation in competitions throughout the season for advanced dancers.
