High Junction Gymnastics offers safe, fun, and positive gymnastics programs and summer camps for children starting as early as 9 months old. They focus on developing athletic ability, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment with experienced coaches, including specialized programs for neurodiverse children. Located in Toronto West, their fully air-conditioned facility features state-of-the-art equipment and tailored activity stations.

Twinkle Stars
An introduction to gymnastics for babies in a safe and fun environment focusing on basic gymnastics moves, social skills, and interaction with adults and other babies. Includes singing warm-up and playful activities.
Budding Stars (Caregiver and Tot)
Caregiver participation class promoting creativity and healthy lifestyle through gymnastics fundamentals like balance, core strength, and coordination. Parents learn spotting techniques and gymnastics terminology.
Shining Stars (Junior kinder gym)
A structured 60-minute beginner gymnastics class for children 3 to 4.5 years old focusing on coordination, confidence, locomotor skills, and basic gymnastics fundamentals in a fun environment.
Shooting Stars (Neurodiverse gym)
A program designed with a BCBA to develop gross motor skills, strength, coordination, and social thinking strategies for neurodiverse children, including emotional regulation and peer interaction.
Rising Stars (Senior kinder gym)
A 1-hour class for 4.5 to 6 year olds with some gymnastics experience focusing on advancing cartwheels, handstands, bridges, bars, and beam skills.
All Stars (Recreational gymnastics)
A 1.5-hour class for 6 to 12 year olds introducing full rotations on all events including vaulting and progressing basic gymnastics skills in a fun but serious learning environment.
Super Stars (Advanced gymnastics)
An advanced 2-hour class held twice weekly for 7 to 12 year olds focusing on advanced gymnastics skills such as cartwheels on beam, back walk-overs, and back handsprings in a positive environment.
