The Canadian Japanese Cultural Centre of Hamilton offers a diverse range of artistic, cultural, and martial arts programs for all ages, focusing on Japanese Canadian heritage and community engagement. Serving Hamilton and surrounding areas, the centre provides unique opportunities to learn traditional Japanese arts, martial arts, language, and cultural activities in a welcoming environment. Membership is required to participate, fostering a strong community connection and cultural preservation.

Aikido is a martial art focusing on harmony and blending with an attacker’s energy to resolve conflict peacefully. Classes are offered for adults and children, emphasizing mind-body coordination and self-defense without inflicting serious injury.
