Fitness by the Lake is a unique fitness and yoga studio dedicated to women at all stages, offering prenatal, postnatal, and small group fitness classes. They serve prenatal moms, postnatal moms with babies and toddlers, and adult women, providing supportive, baby-friendly environments both indoors and outdoors. Their flexible class passes, varied class styles, and expert prenatal/postnatal certified instructors make them stand out.

Babies & Yoga 4 Class Session
Mom & Baby Yoga is a gentle way to regain strength, improve flexibility, and bond with your baby in a supportive, calming environment. Each class blends movement, mindfulness, and connection for both mom and little one.
Babies & Pilates 5 Week Session
Babies & Pilates is a fun and energizing class designed to help moms rebuild core strength, improve posture, and strengthen your full body — all while keeping babies engaged.
Baby Friendly Strength Fitness Class 5 Class Session
A fitness class with weights targeting core, arm and lower body strength. Full body workouts for all fitness levels with modifications. Instructor is postnatal certified.
Babies & Carrier FIT 5 Class Session
Carrier Fit is a fun and effective workout where moms build strength, boost endurance, and move with confidence—all while their baby cozies up in a carrier.
Babies & Circuits (Fitness Class) 5 Class Session
A high energy fitness class with multiple exercise stations in a baby friendly environment. Full body workouts for all fitness levels with modifications.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga classes offered online via Zoom to support strength, flexibility, and mindfulness during pregnancy.
Strong Move Fit Program
Strength and low impact cardio classes designed for prenatal and postnatal women to build strength and endurance.
Women’s Strength Classes
No-jump strength classes using functional exercises, weights, and equipment to build muscle and boost confidence. Small group sizes with expert coaching.
Women’s Outdoor Bootcamp
Outdoor strength and cardio bootcamp classes for all fitness levels held in local parks during spring through fall seasons.
