The Canadian Association for Girls in Science (CAGIS) is Canada’s largest and longest-running STEM club for girls and gender-diverse youth aged 7-17. It offers both virtual and local in-person clubs that provide hands-on STEM activities, field trips to real STEM workplaces, and access to diverse role models. CAGIS is unique in its intersectional and inclusive approach, prioritizing equity, diversity, and accessibility to support underrepresented groups in STEM.

Local Clubs (Chapters)
Monthly in-person STEM events held in various cities across Canada, typically 8-10 events per year from September to June. Events include visits to STEM workplaces, hands-on activities, and opportunities to meet STEM experts.
CAGIS Virtual
Weekly online STEM sessions held on Saturdays with two sessions: 11 am ET for ages 7-12 and 1 pm ET for ages 11-16. Sessions include hands-on activities and interaction with STEM experts. Supplies are generally sourced by families.
