Burlington Gymnastics Club (BGC) is an award-winning not-for-profit gymnastics club serving the Burlington community for over 50 years. They offer inclusive recreational and competitive gymnastics programs for all ages and abilities, emphasizing safe, fun, and developmentally appropriate training led by nationally certified coaches. BGC is unique for its long-standing community partnership, comprehensive programming across artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, and hosting Canada’s largest invitational competition, Spring Cup.

PA Day Camps
Participants develop gymnastics skills on artistic apparatus (bars, beam, floor), tumbl trak, and rhythmic apparatus (hoops, balls, ribbons). Camps include daily arts and crafts and interactive gym dance activities.
Holiday & March Break Camps
Camps focus on developing gymnastics skills on artistic and rhythmic apparatus, daily arts and crafts, gym dance, and obstacle courses. Suitable for children spending holiday and March Break weeks in the city.
Summer Camps/Programs
Summer gymnastics camps offering skill development in artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, arts and crafts, and fun in-gym activities. Detailed summer 2025 programs available on the website.
Adult Classes
Structured gymnastics classes for adults new to gymnastics or returning after a break, including warm-up, basic skills on floor, beam, bars, trampoline, and tumble trak, with individual challenges and conditioning.
