The Academy of Martial Arts in Brampton offers traditional martial arts training including Karate, Jujutsu, Tai Chi, Kobudo, and Self Defence, designed for all ages to build confidence, focus, and personal growth. They provide diverse programs such as kids karate classes, teen leadership training, adult wellness, and specialty camps, emphasizing discipline, community, and life skills development.

Tykes Karate Classes
Parent-child karate classes introducing basics to foster connection, confidence, and coordination for ages 3-4.
Kids Karate Classes
Fun and engaging karate lessons for ages 5-7 that build focused self-defense, confidence, and awareness.
Youth Karate Classes
Structured program for ages 8-11 developing resilience, confidence, and physical skills transferable to other sports.
Teens Karate Classes
High-energy classes for ages 12-17 promoting confidence, leadership, discipline, and social skills.
Adults Karate Classes
Purposeful training for adults 18+ focusing on fitness, self-defense, stress relief, and community support.
Tai Chi Classes

Kids Summer Karate Camp
8 weeks of full-day summer camps for kids aged 5-12 featuring martial arts training, themed weeks, games, leadership, and arts & crafts.
March Break Youth Adventure Camp
A week-long camp for Grades 6-8 with 2 days of dojo training and 3 days outdoor adventure including a 2-night stay at Albion Hills Field Centre.
Custom Karate Classes
Private and group karate classes (1-on-1, pairs, or group of 3-5) tailored to self-defense and partner training with choice of instructor.
